  • What is Toys“R”Us India’s Return Policy?
  • Toys“R”Us India’s returns policy gives you the option to return items purchased for any reason within the specified return period (7 days from delivery). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging

  • How does return works?
  • Pick Up:

  • We offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.

  • During pick-up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. If the product(s) do not pass the quality check, we shall not accept the return. If you choose to return the item for reason of a mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be refunded the full money. Please note that we do not have the option of an exchange of products yet for the items purchased by you on the website.

  • The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
    1. All returnitems to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. T-shirt must be packed in the original package)
    2. Refund request will be declined if the product returned is found to be used, damaged or the original tags are found missing. In such a case, the user shall not be eligible for a refund.
    3. Purchased returnitems cannot be exchanged but can only be returned.
    4. Platform Handling Fee (as defined under ‘Terms of Use’) is not applicable to return orders.
    5. Toys“R”Us India shall reserve the right to restrict the return of the items purchased on Toys“R”Us website if the customer in any way breaches or misuses this policy, as defined in Toys“R”Us' sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well
    6. Toys“R”Us will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Toys“R”Us would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User
    • To return a product to Toys“R”Us India, please follow these steps:
    • You have to login to your account on www.toysrus.in and follow the steps:
      1. Go to “My Accounts” on the top right of your screen
      2. Click on “Order History"
      3. Create a Return Request and click on “Return” button
      4. Follow the instruction on the page and make a note of Return ID
    • How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
  • Payments made via Credit Cards, Debit Card, Net Banking or wallet, will be refunded in 7-10 working days from the time of order cancellation.
  • For all COD orders, a refund link will be shared on the registered mobile number and email. To redeem, you will have to enter your bank details or UPI details and the amount will be transferred to the verified account.
    • How do I return multiple products from a single order?
  • You can select multiple returnitems need to be returned from a single order. Go to My Orders, select an Order and then select the required returnitems need to be returned
    • Does Toys“R”Us India pick up the product I want to return from my location?
  • Yes, we provide product Pick-Up facility
    • Is there a specific number of days within which we can return a product bought?
  • Yes, we are currently allowing returns within 30 days from the purchase date.
